## Question

What about using MEDISEP in Kerala? In Aligarh Muslim University all staff are protected by MAS ( Medical Attendance Scheme). Staff don't have to pay from their pocket. Hospital bills used to be heavy for an ordinary person. Being a government staff can I use MEDICEP scheme for medical treatment?

## Answer / Fatwa Ruling

Enrolling in and benefiting from medical insurance schemes that are directly mandated or operated by a state government, employer, or statutory body is permissible
