Inheritance of Flat Purchased by Parents, registration not done

Question:

Our parents bookedflat inadvance under name of one of their children say ‘A’, but they returned to Allah before the flat was handed over to ‘A’. In such a condition that, the construction is not complete ,the flat key was not handed over, and the flat registration was not done, and the flat was not occupied by ‘A’. Kindly let us know In this situation will the flat come under the inheritance or not ?

In the case mentioned in the question, Flat that father bought for Son A will be included in the inheritance since he hasn't hand overed it. Flat need to be distributed among the inheritors like all other inheritances.
